Policies

Each piece of pottery is functional as well as decorative.  Glazes are lead free and the ware is safe for the microwave, oven and dishwasher.  Avoid sudden changes in temperature like refrigerator to oven and direct flame.  Because my work is thrown and painted individually, there will be slight variations in size, shape and color.

Delivery time:  Shipping occurs as soon as possible after receiving the order.  If the pot is not in stock, it may be delayed 2 to 4 weeks to custom make your pottery. I will e-mail to confirm the order and give an approximate shipping date. Your patience is appreciated.

Shipping damage: All work is insured. Unpack and inspect for damage. Keep all boxes and packing material as evidence for claims. Notify Rocky Broome about any damages or shipping problems.

Returns: I want you to be happy with your pottery.  Contact Rocky by phone (225) 769-5954 or by e-mail rocky@rockyspots.com  within 7 days of receipt if you decide to return for a refund or exchange.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  No refunds allowed on personalized items.

Privacy:  Your information will not be used for any purpose other than processing your order.

Security:  My shopping cart is runs through Google Checkout. This provides you with all their state of the art encryption to make sure your information stays private 100% secure.
